Questions, answered
Telehealth and In-Office visits are available to members and non-members. Membership is available only to established Peak patients: book a Telehealth or In-Office visit and be seen by Britney first. Peak can then help you enroll privately. In-Home visits require Peak membership.
Peak Family Health is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Members and non-members pay the published visit rates directly. Please review the government-plan eligibility notice below before booking.

For Peak members, In-Home visits are available within 20 miles of Huntersville. Standard member pricing applies within 15 miles, with a $25 travel fee for locations more than 15 and up to 20 miles away. Telehealth availability follows current licensure.
Telehealth is virtual, In-Office is face-to-face at the current office location, and In-Home brings primary care to Peak members within the service area.
