01At the heart of membership

More than discounted visits

More than discounted visits.
A connection that continues.

The most meaningful part of membership is knowing who to turn to when something comes up—not having to start from the beginning every time.

01 · The defining benefit

Direct access to your provider

As an established member, you can message Britney directly when questions or concerns come up. Many routine concerns can begin with secure messaging instead of automatically requiring another appointment.

How messaging works

A familiar place to turn, between appointments.

The relationship is the benefit.
02

Guidance between visits

Some questions can be addressed through secure messaging. If an exam or deeper evaluation is needed, Britney will help guide you to the right visit.

03

Preferred scheduling

Members receive preferred scheduling access, subject to appointment availability.

04

Lower member visit rates

Reduced, transparent rates for Telehealth, In-Office, and member-only In-Home visits. Visit charges are separate from membership.

05

Member-only In-Home care

Personalized care at home within Peak’s service area, available to established Peak members.

06

Continuity with Britney

Build on a relationship with a provider who already knows your history, goals, and family.

07

Household membership options

One membership can support the care relationship for an individual, couple, or family.

02Direct access, with thoughtful boundaries

A real person, a clear expectation

Direct access,
with thoughtful boundaries.

Members can message Britney directly for questions and concerns. Messages received by 6:30 p.m. are generally addressed the same day when possible.

Evening and weekend responses may occur based on availability, while messages after 8 p.m. are handled the next business day.

Membership does not provide 24/7 or emergency coverage. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

03Real life, real questions

A message can be a good place to begin

What direct access can look like.

Not every concern needs to start with an appointment. Sometimes a conversation helps clarify what comes next.

01

“My child woke up with a fever and cough. Do we need to come in?”

02

“I think this rash may be poison ivy. Can I send you a picture?”

03

“I’m having a new symptom and I’m not sure whether I need an appointment.”

For established members, many questions can begin with a secure message. When an exam, testing, or more in-depth evaluation is needed, Britney will recommend the appropriate visit.

A thoughtful extra for your family

Family visiting
from out of town?

Peak members may arrange up to two In-Office visits per year for visiting family members who are not included in their household membership. Visits must be booked in advance and are subject to appointment availability.

A one-time visit, not membership

  • Up to two visits each year; In-Office only
  • Schedule each visit before the family member can be seen
  • Standard non-member In-Office visit pricing applies
  • Visitors are not added to the household or given member status or ongoing access

For example: Mom visiting for the holidays has a non-emergency concern to evaluate, or an out-of-town relative needs a one-time office visit. Availability is not guaranteed.

A few practical details

Questions, answered.

Membership is designed to make an ongoing care relationship feel clear and manageable.
