How to Book Your Office Visit
Members Booking Steps
Log in to Your Member Portal
Access your account through the Member Portal to begin the booking process.
Select "Book an Office Visit"
Choose the office visit option inside your portal dashboard.
Choose Your Day & Time
Pick from available Tuesday or Thursday slots (2–3:30pm), or contact us to request a weekend time.
Confirm & Pay $125
Your member rate of $125 will be applied at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation with directions to Soul Wellness.

Complete Your Information
Fill out a brief intake form so we can prepare for your visit.
Choose Your Day & Time
Select a Tuesday or Thursday slot (2–3:30pm), or contact us to request a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday appointment.
Confirm & Pay $200
Complete your secure payment. You'll receive a confirmation with your appointment details and the address of your chosen location.
Important Information
Locations: Office visits are available at three locations — Soul Wellness (500 S Main Street, Mooresville), Any Lab Test Now in Huntersville (14231 Market Square Drive, Suite C-2), and Any Lab Test Now in University/Charlotte (10106 Benfield Road, Suite 103). You do not need to be a local resident to book at any location.
Appointment Duration: Plan for approximately 60–90 minutes for a comprehensive visit and consultation.
Weekend Availability: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments are available by request only. Please contact us to check availability before booking.
Minors: A parent or legal guardian must be present for any appointment involving a minor. Siblings, even if 18 years of age, are not an acceptable substitute.
