Whole-person primary care

Mental health support, grounded in a personal care relationship.

Peak Family Health can discuss concerns such as anxiety, depression, sleep, and attention as part of an individualized primary-care plan. We do not present this as a separate mental-health practice.

What to expect

A thoughtful, appropriate starting point

We may discuss symptoms, sleep, stress, lifestyle, medications when appropriate, and referrals for counseling or specialty care. The right visit mode depends on the concern and the evaluation needed.

Scope matters

Care that stays within safe limits

Some complex, severe, or urgent psychiatric conditions require in-person specialty care. If telehealth or primary care is not appropriate, Peak will help direct you to suitable local resources. This page is not crisis care.
