A planned first year of newborn wellness care, with scheduled visits from the early days after birth through 12 months.
$4,000 for the first year
This package is only for the newborn when your family wants care coverage for the newborn without enrolling other family members.

Scheduled wellness visits
The $4,000 package covers these normally scheduled wellness visits:
- 1–3 days after birth, depending on discharge date
- 1 week
- 2 weeks
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
Support during your baby's first year
- Scheduled newborn wellness visits throughout the first year, as listed above.
- Direct access during business hours and guidance between visits as questions arise.
- A close connection with your provider for reassurance during your baby's first year.
Additional newborn visits
Visits needed for illness, weight concerns, feeding or other concerns, or other new medical concerns are billed separately. These package-specific rates apply only to additional newborn visits:

Government health-plan eligibility
Peak Family Health is a direct-pay practice and is not enrolled with Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or other applicable federal or state government-sponsored health programs. Patients enrolled in those programs are not eligible for cash-pay medical services through Peak Family Health under the current practice policy.
