Guidance between visits
Some questions can be addressed through secure messaging. If an exam or deeper evaluation is needed, Britney will help guide you to the right visit.
Peak Membership
Peak Membership is ongoing care for established patients who want more than appointment-by-appointment medicine. For a monthly fee, members get direct secure access to Britney between visits, guidance when questions come up, preferred scheduling, and substantially lower visit rates when an appointment is needed.
From $200/month for one person; $75/month for each additional family member. Visits are billed separately at member rates. Membership becomes available after you establish care with Peak Family Health. View household pricing
More than discounted visits
The most meaningful part of membership is knowing who to turn to when something comes up—not having to start from the beginning every time.
As an established member, you can message Britney directly when questions or concerns come up. Many routine concerns can begin with secure messaging instead of automatically requiring another appointment.

One membership can support the care relationship for an individual, couple, or family.
A real person, a clear expectation
Members can message Britney directly for questions and concerns. Messages received by 6:30 p.m. are generally addressed the same day when possible.
Evening and weekend responses may occur based on availability, while messages after 8 p.m. are handled the next business day.
Membership does not provide 24/7 or emergency coverage. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
A message can be a good place to begin
Not every concern needs to start with an appointment. Sometimes a conversation helps clarify what comes next.
“My child woke up with a fever and cough. Do we need to come in?”
“I think this rash may be poison ivy. Can I send you a picture?”
“I’m having a new symptom and I’m not sure whether I need an appointment.”
For established members, many questions can begin with a secure message. When an exam, testing, or more in-depth evaluation is needed, Britney will recommend the appropriate visit.

For example: Mom visiting for the holidays has a non-emergency concern to evaluate, or an out-of-town relative needs a one-time office visit. Availability is not guaranteed.
